In May, The Holmes
Builders participated in the 2007 Showcase of Homes. The
Showcase of Homes was designed around five unique luxury homes
on Venice Court in the Latera community. The Holmes
Builders had the distinct honor of building all five of these
homes.
They feature
several upgrades, some of which include appliances by Bosch,
Dacor, Miele, and Thermador; high-efficient HVAC systems;
state-of-the-art faucets by Brizo, Delta, and Hansgrohe; exotic
travertine stones and granites; Air Bath tubs and high-end

available for purchase. Because of the nature of The
Showcase of Homes, buyers can purchase these upgraded homes at
below-market prices. Unlike competitors, the prices of
these homes do not reflect the upgrades in each of the homes;
those come to you at no additional charge.
